Grate orange peel and sprinkle on the floor to vacuum up into the canister. Alternative Ideas: Sprinkle cinnamon on the floor or add Vanilla Extract (or an Essential Oil) on a Paper Towel, then cut up the paper towel in small pieces to be vacuumed up. Test the smell and always think, "Does this sanitize the air and vacuum all at the same time?" Bonus, clean vacuum regularly according to manufacture's instructions.

Create a Baking Soda and Water Paste: Scrub around with a sponge, let dry and then wipe away with a damp cloth. When sink has dried sprinkle enough flour around to polish the steel with a cloth. Rinse out sink completely clear of flour. Wipe down sink with a few drops of olive oil on a paper towel or cleaning cloth to create the shine in the sink. Cream of Tartar a/k/a Potassium Bitartrate a/k/a potassium hydrogen tartrate, formula KC₄H₅O₆, winemaking byproduct. Processed from potassium acid salt of tartaric acid resulting powdery acid used in baking or cleaning solution. Light Ceramic Stains / Stainless Steel: Mix equal parts of white vinegar (or lemon juice) and Cream of Tartar. Bathroom mildew stains: create a Paste using only water and Cream of Tartar. Clean Drains: mix 1/4 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup salt, and 1 tbsp Cream of Tartar. Dish soap strips away the coating especially using a degreaser. Consider a scraper, coarse sea salt to scrub away the leftover residue and a light rinse at the end. I alway oil (I use coconut oil) my pan down after each cleaning then put in 200 degree oven for 20 minutes, shut off oven leaving pan in oven till I use it again. Yep, didn't believe it. Picked up a few different filters and the best ones are the softest. NEVER apply solutions directly to any screen, I learned that the hard way. Since switching over to coffee filters I have yet to use any solution. I lightly use the first one to wipe away gently any debris then I use a second one should I see smudges. |
